In 2003, Irena Kos graduated from the school of Economics at Zagreb University. She majored in Finance. Irena has over 15 years of experience working in analytical and strategical planning with investors.

In 2013, Irena founded a consulting firm and the following years delat with corporate communications, lobbying, and consulted with investors from the Zagreb Stock Exchange. In 2015, Irena and her work partner came up with an idea and developed that idea; a contemporary preschool. By December 2016, their idea became a reality and in January 2017 they opened for business.

At the end of 2017, Irena enrolled at the Singidunum University in Belgrade, Serbia to pursue the study of psychology. Today, she is third year student and her area of interest is cognitive-behavior with psychological counseling.
